This document is a working draft. It will be replaced with the finalized terms before public launch. Conquest Rising is in closed beta.

Acceptance

By creating an account and playing Conquest Rising, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required to consent to data processing in your jurisdiction, whichever is older. Minors require parent or guardian consent.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. One person, one account. Multi-accounting from the same device or IP address is prohibited and will trigger administrative review.

Conduct

• No harassment, hate speech, threats, or illegal content in chat.
• No exploiting bugs or unintended mechanics. Report them instead.
• No automating gameplay beyond the in-game actions provided.
• No buying, selling, or trading accounts or in-game items for real money.
• No impersonating staff or other players.

Violation may result in muting, suspension, account termination, loss of supporter status, or removal from the Hall of Fame at the studio's discretion.

Supporter Season Pass

Supporter passes are optional purchases that apply to the season access covered by the product shown at purchase, including single-season and yearly options. They do not grant direct game-state advantages such as extra turns, free resources, stronger units, or better production rates. After App Store launch they will be billed by Apple at the price displayed at point of purchase, and refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy.

Service availability

Conquest Rising is provided "as is" during closed beta. We may modify, suspend, or end the service, individual seasons, or specific features at any time. Where possible we will provide advance notice for planned changes.

Intellectual property

The game, including its code, artwork, copy, brand, and trade dress, is owned by the studio. You retain rights to the original content you post in chat, while granting the studio a non-exclusive license to host and display it as part of operating the game.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our aggregate liability to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost game progress.
